Dinesh Sangarran Ramachandram is a Clinical Pharmacist, educator, and researcher dedicated to advancing medication management, dementia care, and digital health innovations.

He currently serves as a Lecturer at Monash University Malaysia, where he leads evidence-based medicine and medication management teaching while also supervising multidisciplinary student research projects that span pharmacy practice and digital health.

Dinesh’s research focuses on understanding and improving medication use among people living with dementia, with an emphasis on developing practical, community-driven interventions.
